Why Duck Eggs?

Healthy and Nutritious

Much bigger and richer yolk than chicken eggs with a higher concentration of nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids.  The egg white of a duck egg contains more protein than the standard chicken egg (9 grams vs. 6).  Duck eggs are an alkaline producing food, one of the few foods that leave your body more alkaline, which is considered important to cancer prevention.

Taste great and excellent for cooking and baking

Duck eggs taste like chicken eggs, only slightly richer.  French bakers swear by them!

Excellent value

Duck eggs are larger than chicken eggs – as much as 50 percent larger

Stay fresher longer due to their thicker shells
